Dobies Health Marketing, a well-established, strategy-focused healthcare marketing and branding firm in downtown Kansas City, is seeking a Client Services Manager. This position plans, manages and directs highly integrated marketing and brand strategies for B2B healthcare clients, including health tech, medical device and professional services organizations.

The Client Services Manager reports to the Vice President of Client Services and collaborates with senior strategists to ensure data-driven, strategy-first implementation of market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Select Client Relationships

As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, serve as a healthcare marketing subject matter expert and collaborate with the firm’s strategists to advise clients on effective marketing and positioning strategies and supporting tactical plans.

Supports Marketing and Positioning Strategies (MAPS)
Support the development and implement strategic marketing and communication plans for B2B healthcare organizations. Collect and incorporate consumer research and competitive intelligence from health data analysts and analyze market data to guide differentiation and positioning strategies for the client.

Manages Timely and On-Budget Execution of Marketing Projects
Ensure client objectives and goals are effectively incorporated into the firm’s digital, content and creative development process. Implement integrated marketing plans on a daily basis, collaborating with internal teams to develop and assess creative concepts, implement digital campaigns, track campaign ROI, and measure/monitor client budgets, job profitability and defined key performance indicators.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required: related field, Marketing Communications preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing required preferably healthcare experience or advertising agency
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, complex problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the strategic marketing planning process
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and capable of producing meeting client KPIs within tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative to lead
    client relationships
  • Confident and highly engaged with the fundamentals of digital marketing, branding
    and advertising in the healthcare space

Our healthcare marketing, branding and advertising firm in downtown Kansas City is seeking a talented Marketing and Client Services Coordinator with a diverse set of skills. This position is responsible for multiple aspects of coordinating highly integrated marketing projects for our clients and our firm. Success in this position requires proactive collaboration with creative, content, media, production and client services teams to support, manage and accelerate multiple concurrent projects. It requires strengths in critical thinking, project management, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. This position reports to the Vice President of Client Services.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing Coordination

  • Support and coordinate project work – including complex and highly integrated campaign/communication materials – with the goal of completing milestones and deliverables on time, on strategy, and within budget and scope
  • Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing tactics (print, media, organic and paid digital media, email campaigns, web development projects, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating workflow and workload for the creative services team to efficiently meet client needs
  • Monitor the tactical production process and adjust project coordination to optimize productivity

Client Services Coordination

  • Take initiative in learning/understanding each client’s products and services, culture/ethos and strategic marketing and positioning strategy
  • Support tactical work needed to achieve client goals and defined strategy
  • Communicate status and next steps and solicit client approvals as directed by client lead
  • Serve as secondary support for assigned clients

Dobies Health Marketing, a strategy-focused healthcare marketing and branding firm in downtown Kansas City, is seeking a WordPress Content Specialist with a passion for page building that drives traffic, leads and conversions. This position is responsible for building, formatting, updating and optimizing web pages in WordPress for our clients and our firm.

The WordPress Content Specialist will work with our client services, creative services, web and content development teams to create web pages within an existing WordPress theme, using templates and assorted visual/content elements to make design and copy come to life for site visitors. The WordPress Content Specialist populates pages and posts with copy and images created by our content and design experts. The ideal candidate will be creative, efficient, and detail oriented – a natural problem-solver and someone with wide-ranging skill sets that support UX excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Building web pages to align with design and content direction
  • Proactively collaborating with design, content and account team members as needed to troubleshoot issues, flow, appearance and readability of web content (including but not limited to copy, images, calls-to-action, navigation and formatting)
  • Ensure web pages display optimally on all screen sizes
  • Actively participate in web team status meetings
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Identify and use the correct tools, resources and team members to answer questions and find solutions
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency as needed to ensure quality work is delivered on time and on budget
  • Review all work, checking links, metadata, etc. for quality assurance
  • Other tasks as required for page/post creation and upkeep

Essential Skills Required:

  • Proven experience working in WordPress for page builds
  • Ability to work with graphic design and excel at technical implementation
  • Experience with cross-browser/platform responsiveness and mobile web UX
  • Understanding good design aesthetics and functionality for web platforms
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Proficient in website and image optimization techniques
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for responsive websites with adaptive design

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience managing multiple websites simultaneously
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress and HTML; experience and familiarity with the WordPress Enfold theme is a plus
  • Experience partnering/collaborating with web designers and writers for clear, cohesive final page content
  • Proficiency in the Google Docs Suite and other Workspace tools, as well as select Adobe Creative Suite applications (see above) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of other web content management systems preferred but not required
  • Proven experience applying best practices for UX excellence
  • Experience with tracking code installation (Google Tag Manager, placing pixels, setting up UTM codes, etc.)
